Shareable Tags between Ringba Accounts

 

New Feature

  

We have just released a new feature that allows you to share tags between Ringba accounts. For example, if your target/buyer has a Ringba account and they want you to share the caller's Zip Code or another tag with their account in real-time, you can use Shareable Tags to pass that information seamlessly.

To activate Sharable Tags for your Ringba account, please contact your Account Manager.

Search RTB Bids by ID

 

New Feature

  

Searching for a bid by ID allows you to see details about the rejection, bid calculation, tags, eligible/ineligible targets, and more.

You can find this feature in Reporting > Real Time Bidding tab.

Introducing Call Flows

Here at Ringba, we are on a never-ending quest to invent the future of calls and help our clients build successful businesses. Part of that quest is providing the best tools to get the job done.

We are very excited to present Call Flows. Rebuilt from the ground up with a brand new canvas that makes it easier than ever to create complex call routing plans in minutes.

On March 3, 2023, we will be sunsetting "IVR Trees" as a Ringba Product. On that date, all existing IVR Trees will be automatically ported into the new Call Flows product.

Google Ads Integration Update (1/17 to 1/18)

Ringba's integration with the Google Ads API is being updated to use the latest library from Google.

On Tuesday, January 17, 2023, Ringba's new Google Ads Integration will be released. There will be changes to: creating / updating a Google Ads integration record with Ringba, creating conversion actions, and attaching an Integration to a Ringba campaign.

On Wednesday, January 18, 2023, we will be rolling out an upgrade to the Google Ads Conversion Upload. This rollout could potentially results in up to a 12 hour delay for conversion uploads. Please monitor your Google Ads account and keep a close eye on conversions.

We do not foresee any issues or service disruption during the upgrade. However, we would advise you to be on the lookout for any issues with your Ringba and Google Ads campaigns.

Tag Availability for Pixel Events, and more

Show which tags are available or unavailable for each Pixel event: Depending on the pixel event, some tags may not be available. You can now see which tags cannot be used when creating a pixel event.

Set Caps by Day, Ring Tree Summary, and Monthly Invoices

Set Caps Per Day of the Week: Users now have the ability to set caps per day of the week. Set Caps Per Day of the Week.png

Ring Tree Summary: On the events tab, you can now view a full summary of the Ring Tree's events including: accepted, not accepted and the winning bid. Ring Tree Summary.png

Monthly Invoices: You can now download your monthly billing invoice in PDF format. To download a monthly invoice, go to "Settings > Billing Settings" and navigate to the "Monthly Billing" section. Select the monthly invoice and click the download button. Monthly Invoices.png

IVR Templates, Bulk Payment Adjustments, and more

 

New Feature

  

IVR Templates: You can now quickly create IVRs using pre-made configurations. IVR Templates are designed to help quick-start your campaign setup and are based on some of the most common use cases for IVR Trees.

To use an IVR Template, go to "Manager IVR Trees" and click on "Create Using Template". Select the template you want to use, fill out the required information, and you are ready to go.

Bulk Payment Adjustments: You can now select multiple rows to adjust payments (revenue/payout) in bulk.

IVR Dial Attempt Override: It is now possible to select if you want to keep the dial attempts/retry count set in the IVR or override it in your campaign. This setting will only appear if you have an IVR in your routing plan.

Call Adjustments and MFA Prompt for API Token Changes

Updated Call Adjustments: When making call adjustments, users will see the current value and have the ability to modify the final revenue/payout. Users will also be prompted to confirm their changes.

SHAKEN/STIR Call Blocking, New Notifications, Updated Activity Logs, and more

New options and tags for SHAKEN/STIR: Users now have the ability to configure settings for blocking calls based on their attestation level with SHAKEN/STIR. There are 3 levels of attestation: A) Full Attestation, B) Partial Attestation, or C) Gateway Attestation. Ringba’s reporting has also been updated with two new tags for SHAKEN/STIR that can be used for call routing.

New notification when callers leave a voicemail: Users will receive a message in the portal as well as an email with a URL to the reporting page with the call that has a voicemail message. Please note this option needs to be enabled in the IVR node.

Added Canadian provinces to tag routing filters: It is now possible to see Canadian provinces and use them for call routing. They can be viewed under Call>Inbound Number>Province in Tags.

Added to Activity Logs when files for reporting are exported: It is now possible to see when a user exported a file in the activity feed. Click on the activity to view the time range and data that was exported.

New setting to Play TCPA Warning on Blocked Call: Once enabled, blocked caller IDs will play a message that says: "Caller ID Blocked By TCPA Shield ". You can activate this setting in your account settings or at the campaign-level.

New notification when monthly TCPA Shield requests have been used: Users will receive a message in the portal as well as an email that explains that their pre-paid TCPA Shield scrubs have been used up.
