IVR Templates: You can now quickly create IVRs using pre-made configurations. IVR Templates are designed to help quick-start your campaign setup and are based on some of the most common use cases for IVR Trees.
To use an IVR Template, go to "Manager IVR Trees" and click on "Create Using Template". Select the template you want to use, fill out the required information, and you are ready to go.
Bulk Payment Adjustments: You can now select multiple rows to adjust payments (revenue/payout) in bulk.
IVR Dial Attempt Override: It is now possible to select if you want to keep the dial attempts/retry count set in the IVR or override it in your campaign. This setting will only appear if you have an IVR in your routing plan.
